About me
Sonya Cole is an assistant principal at Grover Cleveland Charter High School. Prior to becoming an administrator, she worked as an Equitable Grading and Instructional (formerly Mastery Learning and Grading) coach for the Division of Instruction supporting Local District Northeast. During that time, she trained hundreds of Los Angeles Unified teachers across all districts in Equitable Grading and Instruction principles and strategies that offer the right conditions and support so all students can learn and be successful.
